Clinical Support Worker - Campion

Job Description

Ability to work different shift patterns – Days/Twilights/Nights/Weekends

Must be able to Work at Both Community Hospitals. This will be Campion Ward at Leamington Rehab (CV346SR) as well as Nicol Unit (Nicol will be your base).

Previous experience within a health care setting is desired but not essential for the right candidate.

This position is suitable for anyone looking to ‘start’ a career in healthcare or alternatively someone who is looking to ‘develop’ their career as a support worker.

  • You will be part of the multi-disciplinary team and have the ability to work flexibly and efficiently with good organisational skills that enable you to work on your own initiative contributing to the smooth running of a busy department.
  • Your role will be to support and assist healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors and other integrated professionals in the delivery of quality patient care and the general well-being and comfort of patients.
  • You also must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable and work well in a team.

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare in the Trust.
