Ward 44 at King's Mill Hospital is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our busy respiratory ward.
- Ward 44 consists of 24 beds, including 3 bays and 12 en suite rooms.
- As a key member of our team, you will work alongside an established and excellent Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes patient-centred care.
- We strive to provide the highest standard of care to our patients, many of whom are undergoing treatment for respiratory conditions.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical team and ensuring patients receive the best possible care. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily activities
- Monitoring patients
- Providing emotional support
- Helping to maintain a safe and clean environment
You will work closely with nursing and medical staff to ensure all patients' needs are met efficiently and empathetically.
