Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI — helping evaluate, improve, and validate how AI understands clinical systems, workflows, and technical problem-solving.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a new and impactful domain, contributing to AI that could reshape the future of healthcare technology.

What You'll Do

  • Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare IT, EHR workflows, and system troubleshooting
  • Review and assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical usefulness
  • Identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in how AI handles clinical systems scenarios
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning in healthcare technology contexts
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
  • Strong technical troubleshooting instincts with a solid understanding of clinical workflows
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical operations and information technology
  • Able to evaluate complex technical content and communicate feedback clearly
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
