Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their real-world healthcare IT knowledge to AI — helping evaluate, improve, and validate how AI understands clinical systems, workflows, and technical problem-solving.

What You'll Do
- Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated responses related to healthcare IT, EHR workflows, and system troubleshooting
- Review and assess AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical usefulness
- Identify gaps, errors, or weaknesses in how AI handles clinical systems scenarios
- Provide structured, expert feedback to improve AI reasoning in healthcare technology contexts
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting instincts with a solid understanding of clinical workflows
- Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical operations and information technology
- Able to evaluate complex technical content and communicate feedback clearly
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated

Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
- Background working directly with clinicians on system implementation or optimization
