Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical content. Your deep knowledge of hospital IT environments, EHR systems, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about complex medical and technical scenarios.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting scenarios
- Assess the accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance of AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks
- Apply your knowledge of EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations to identify errors, gaps, or unsafe recommendations
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback that helps AI models better understand healthcare environments
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Hands-on experience supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills
- Ability to assess clinical and operational accuracy with a critical eye
- Clear written communication — you can explain complex issues in plain language
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
- Background in translating clinical requirements into technical configurations
- Prior exposure to AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation
