Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical content. Your deep knowledge of hospital IT environments, EHR systems, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about complex medical and technical scenarios.

This is a unique opportunity to take your existing expertise and apply it to one of the most transformative fields in technology — without leaving the flexibility of remote, freelance work.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting scenarios
  • Assess the accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance of AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks
  • Apply your knowledge of EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations to identify errors, gaps, or unsafe recommendations
  • Provide detailed, actionable feedback that helps AI models better understand healthcare environments
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
