Location: Ivetsey Bank, Stafford • Contract: 37.63 Hours, Rostering (Day/Night/Weekends)

📍 Ivetsey Bank Hospital – A Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) facility providing specialist care for young people aged 12–18 with diagnosed mental health conditions.

Your Responsibilities
As a Clinical Team Leader – Registered Mental Nurse (RMN), your role is pivotal in delivering compassionate, high-quality care:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide meaningful support to the nursing team, ensuring standards of care align with person-centred principles.
- Supervision & Development: Effectively supervise and mentor staff to foster professional growth.
- Patient Advocacy: Work closely alongside teams to support patients in achieving planned outcomes and guide them from assessment through to discharge.
- Clinical Accountability: Take leadership responsibility for clinical areas.
- Family & Carer Engagement: Develop strong communication and collaborative relationships with patients’ relatives, families, and carers.
- Flexible Duties: Meet service demands 24/7 with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Professional Conduct: Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct at all times.

Essential Criteria
✅ Current NMC Pin Registration up to date ✅ Valid right to work in the UK
Desirable Experience
🔹 Previous CAMHS experience (bonus points!)
