Join MSI Reproductive Choices UK as a Clinical Team Manager and play a vital leadership role in ensuring clients receive safe, high‑quality, and compassionate care every time they access our contact centre services. What You'll Do 💼 As a Clinical Team Manager, you will lead and support clinical teams working in a fast‑paced, demand‑led environment. You will balance clinical governance, operational effectiveness, and people leadership to deliver consistently excellent outcomes for clients. Working closely with Clinical Quality Managers and operational colleagues, you will contribute to continuous improvement, effective risk management, and the consistent application of clinical and organisational standards across our contact centre operations.
