We are currently recruiting a B7 Community Mental Health Team Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate.
Our team would like somebody that has a well-rounded and confident approach to their own clinical practice and has experience of leading teams through change. As we continue to move through transformation, motivation, enthusiasm, excellent communication and effective problem-solving skills will be required to achieve success in our planned programme of work. Using data analytics to inform patient safety is an essential part of our governance and assurance framework.

We deliver both Mental Health and Dementia Care Pathways across a 7-day working week. Being flexible to meet the needs of the service and those of our workforce is essential. As part of a large, and growing leadership team based within the hub you will be well supported to transition into this role and we will develop a bespoke training and induction plan to suit your individual need.

We are particularly interested to hear from dynamic, clinical leaders with a background in adult or older adult mental health services and a strong passion for operational service delivery.
Role
In this position you will play a key role in leadership and continued development of the service, working closely with the leadership team as well as developing relationships with key figures from the acute Trust. The role will include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of integrated care pathways
- Work in a professional and collaborative manner with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Participate and promote positive multi-agency working.
- Support the formulation and implementation of clinical and operational practices and procedures.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff
- Assist in the management and coordination of all services delivered to the service user
- Ensure effective processes of communication are established, maintained and regularly evaluated within designated team
- Provide performance information, analysing to ensure patients are receiving timely access to services
