Clinical Trainer - TRICARE Overseas Program
International SOS Locations: London (Hybrid) Contract: 12 months

Key Responsibilities
This role goes far beyond traditional bedside nursing. As a Clinical Trainer, you will:
Training Development & Delivery
- Design and deliver engaging professional development for global medical teams
- Facilitate inductions and onsite/remote training sessions
- Develop tailored, modern clinical training materials (interactive e-learning, workshops, simulations)
Coaching & Mentoring
- Mentor and coach clinicians across multinational operations
- Propel practice improvement and operational excellence
- Post-session support to embed best practices and instill confidence
Performance & Collaboration
- Identify performance trends, map learning gaps, and enhance training effectiveness
- Assess learning outcomes and measure impact on patient care
- Collaborate across stakeholders, including operational leaders, medical directors, and quality teams
About You
Required
- Registered Nurse with current professional registration
- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proven ability to design and deliver training and professional development programs
- Fluent in clear communication and facilitation in a diverse setting
- Global mindset: Comfortable addressing cultural differences and working with international teams
- Stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proficient in digital tools and healthcare software systems
