Clinical Trial Manager

Nottingham | Full-time | £45,000–£50,000

Neupulse is developing a pioneering neurotechnology device designed to improve quality of life for people living with brain health conditions.

The company is entering an important period of clinical research, evidence generation, and product development, and is now looking for a Clinical Trial Manager to take dedicated ownership of trial planning, setup, delivery, and close-out.

About the Role

Clinical trials have been led closely by the founding team to date. As the company grows, this role will provide the dedicated trial management capability needed to support a broader program of studies over time.

This is a role for someone who wants genuine ownership across the full clinical trial lifecycle — from study design and approvals through to delivery, close-out, and reporting.

Why this role is different

This is not a narrow coordination role, and it is not a role where clinical research sits at the edge of the business.

At Neupulse, clinical evidence is central to the future of the company. You will work closely with the Chief Research Officer to deliver high-quality studies that support future product claims and regulatory approvals.

You will be joining at the point where the company is ready to move from founder-led trial delivery to a dedicated clinical trial management function. That means taking ownership of trials that matter, while helping strengthen the systems, processes, and team capability needed to deliver repeated, high-quality studies over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
