Are you a passionate and innovative nurse, midwife or allied health professional looking to make an impact on workforce development across one of the largest NHS organisations in the East of England?
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Workforce Lead to join our corporate Clinical Workforce Team.
Working closely with the Head of Clinical Workforce, you will play a key role in delivering the Trust's workforce ambitions by supporting the design, implementation and evaluation of recruitment, retention and career development initiatives for our non-medical clinical workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about staff development, workforce transformation and creating innovative solutions that improve both staff experience and patient care. As Clinical Workforce Lead, you will support the delivery of the Trust's Clinical Workforce Strategy in line with the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, NHS People Promise and ESNEFT's organisational objectives.

You will work collaboratively with operational, education, recruitment and retention teams to design, implement and evaluate workforce initiatives that strengthen workforce supply, improve retention and create outstanding career development opportunities.
You will also provide day to day management and leadership of the Clinical Workforce team.
