About the Role
The successful candidate will combine clinical delivery with broader service responsibilities, including:
- Managing a clinical caseload
- Providing clinical supervision and support to practitioners
- Developing clinical skills via mentorship
- Supporting service quality, workforce development, and best practice dissemination
Working within our multidisciplinary team, your role will focus on delivering high-quality psychological assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Practice
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create detailed psychological formulations
- Develop personalised treatment plans aligned with client needs, assessment findings, and evidence-based recovery goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions using models like CBT, Dynamic Therapy (for clinical psychologists), and other modalities, adapting approaches as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and external agencies for integrated psychological care

Workforce Development & Leadership
- Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to junior clinicians, trainees, and wellbeing practitioners

- Engage in applied research (where applicable) to enrich clinical practice
- Advance evidence-based practice and service quality enhancement
