Highly Skilled Make-Up Artist

About the Role

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise, along with a passion for people, to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will also thrive in a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and ensure the store maintains our high standards of visual merchandising, helping us stand out against competitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional make-up services tailored to customer needs, fostering engagement and trust.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to execute successful in-store events, driving customer experiences.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring high-quality displays and brand presence.
  • Upskill colleagues on make-up techniques and retail best practices to elevate service consistency.
  • Work flexibly, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, to meet business demands.

Requirements & Qualifications

While a certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur-level expertise who can demonstrate:

  • A high level of creative and technical ability in make-up application.
  • Strong customer service skills—tailoring interactions to be inspirational, authentic, and personalized.
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software (practical understanding required).
  • Availability to work unusual hours (weekends, evenings, special events) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
