Make-Up Artist – In-Store
As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.
You will also thrive as part of a high-performing team, contributing to in-store events, and ensuring the store maintains the highest standards of visual merchandising to stand out from competitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational make-up services to enhance the in-store customer experience.
- Participate in high-impact in-store events to increase engagement and drive sales.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards to elevate the store’s aesthetic appeal and competitiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with a fast-paced, high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide detailed product recommendations to educate and guide customers, boosting conversion rates.
Requirements
Essential
- Passionate and skilled make-up artist with a strong creative and technical ability (any level of experience, including amateur).
- Ability to deliver authentic, personalized customer service that educates, inspires, and delights customers.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience (or willingness to learn) using retail point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Right to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.

Preferred
- Formal certification in make-up artistry.
- Previous retail make-up artistry experience.
- Experience in visual merchandising or event planning.
