Make-Up Artist – In-Store

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will:

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personalised make-up consultations and services tailored to customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalised make-up experiences with artistic skill and technical precision.
  • Upsell products and promote brand initiatives through engaging customer interactions.
  • Assist store teams in planning and executing event-based activations.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met to enhance store appeal.
  • Support retail operations, including POS system handling and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Preferences but not mandatory:
    • Certification in make-up artistry.
    • Previously working in retail make-up (desirable but not essential).
  • Essential:
    • Amateur to intermediate make-up skills with strong creative and technical potential.
    • Exceptional ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service.
    • Agility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Familiarity with retail POS systems.
  • Proof of work eligibility required upon interview.
