Counter Manager – Dynamic Leadership Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates, ensuring we achieve and exceed sales, customer service, and operational targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store, with full accountability for shaping and executing an agile business strategy. Your roles include:
- Recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, exceptional relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sales Associates team to meet operational targets.
- Execute agile business planning, ensuring strategic recruitment and retention of customers.
- Drive impactful in-store events and communications to enhance customer engagement.
- Enable a culture of excellent customer relationship management.
- Nominate and guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional sales and service outcomes.

Technical & Business Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with sales operations, inventory, store processes, and retail workflows.
- Proficiency in team leadership skills with a track-record in leveraging teams effectively.
- A flexible approach to qualifications, where experience maturity and business size determine suitability.
- Background in strategic planning and execution, including experience with business case development.
- Competence in financial planning and resource management.
- Ability to effectively use computerised systems, including modern CRM platforms, email tools, and Microsoft Excel.
