Counter Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates, ensuring they achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.

This exceptional opportunity places you as the Chief Executive Officer of your own store—exploring, shaping, and executing strategic initiatives to recruit and retain customers. Key priorities will include:

  • Developing and executing an agile business plan
  • Strategic targeting and impactful in-store events
  • Exceptional customer relationship management
  • Leading a high-performing team

Responsibilities

As Counter Manager, your primary roles and responsibilities include:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Inspire and empower your team to meet and exceed targets
  • Implement proven coaching strategies to uplift team performance

Customer-Centric Operations

  • Oversee and enhance customer service standards
  • Handle tense or difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
  • Anticipate customer needs to drive loyalty and repeat business

Strategic Business Execution

  • Lead development of financial plans and resource management
  • Execute strategic targeting and tailor in-store experiences
  • Foster and maintain extensive networks in sales and retail landscapes
