Assistant Counter Manager
Supporting the Store Manager, this role requires an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Counter Manager to drive store/counter success by coaching and developing a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment, particularly in cosmetics.
- Strong ambition, high performance, and the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Rich experience to flourish in a prestige beauty sector and advance along a fulfilling career path.

Responsibilities
This role will require outstanding ability in:
- Inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Sales coaching—mentoring team members to boost performance and meet targets
- Delegating operational tasks, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Managing retail operations, including software experience with retail point-of-sale (POS)
- Working in flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Requirements
- Some qualifications:
- Minimum of proven experience within the cosmetics retail sector
- Strong retrospective supervisory and mentorship history
- Operational management experience including stocks, losses, and predicates cash position
- Basic technical skills with retail operating systems
- Must adhere to applicable work requirements: ability to prove right to live and work in the country.
