Make-Up Artist

As one of our highly skilled make-up artists, you will combine your creative, technical expertise, and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

You will also enjoy working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure the store consistently delivers its high standards of visual merchandising, helping us stand out against competitors.

If you are a dynamic self-starter looking for a progressive career opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you—the first step of your career with a leader in prestige beauty.

While certification in make-up artistry, previous retail make-up experience, or highly creative and technical expertise are desirable, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong ability in alignment with these skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
