About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clio Operate CMS Specialist to join a Manchester-based global law firm on an initial 8-month contract, working fully remote.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Clio Operate, including:
    • Matter types
    • Custom fields
    • Workflows
    • Automations
    • Document templates
    • Tasks
    • Permission structures to create a case management environment tailored to each hub firm’s specific workflows.
  • Develop and apply a deep, working knowledge of the Clio Operate data model to:
    • Map
    • Transform
    • Load case and matter data with accuracy.
  • Lead discovery of case data stored within each hub firm’s legacy case management system, including:
    • Profiling the structure
    • Assessing data quality
    • Identifying any system quirks before migration.
