We're looking for a Cloakroom Assistant to join the team at The Blues Kitchen.
Our cloakroom team plays a huge part in every guest's experience. You're often the first hello and the last goodbye. Whether it's a busy Friday night, a live show or a packed weekend, you'll help keep things running smoothly while making every guest feel looked after.
You'll be responsible for issuing matching tickets, storing coats and bags safely, and returning belongings quickly and accurately. When the queues build, you'll stay calm, organised and friendly, keeping the energy high and the service fast.
What You'll Do

- Store coats and bags safely and neatly
- Return belongings efficiently and with care
- Keep your workspace clean, organised and secure
- Deliver friendly, welcoming service throughout the night
- Help create a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure

What We're Looking For
- Calm, confident and organised under pressure

What To Expect
- Competitive pay at £12.71 per hour, with a typical total package of £12.71–£13.21 per hour. Hourly wages are paid every two weeks on a Friday.
