For our consulting company, we are looking for an experienced Closer / Sales Consultant to join our remote team and consistently convert qualified inbound B2B leads into clients through strong closing conversations and professional objection handling.

Responsibilities
- You run structured closing calls with pre-qualified inbound B2B leads.
- You convert leads into customers through clear, confident communication, smart questioning, and effective objection handling.
- You work closely with our setting team, review calls and sales processes, and proactively contribute to continuous improvement.
- Over time, you also manage upsell and renewal conversations with existing clients.
- You are also ready to support appointment setting when needed, follow up with warm leads, and proactively build and maintain your own sales pipeline.

Who we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in B2B consulting, coaching, or the agency space
- Business-fluent English (spoken and written)
- Nice to have: experience in consulting, agency, or high-ticket sales environments
- A true A-player sales professional who is willing to go the extra mile
- Proven experience closing high-ticket deals
- Very strong communication skills
- A structured, logical, and self-driven way of thinking
- Ability to follow scripts precisely when required
- Winner’s mindset. Energy. Drive. Coachable.
Who We Are NOT Looking For
- People with little or no closing experience
- People who have only worked in traditional sales environments (e.g. corporate sales, local businesses...)
- People who are not able or don't like using a structured sales process including scripts and just want every sales call to be free-flowing instead of structured.
- People who do not understand marketing agencies, their pain points, challenges, and goals.
- People who are just looking for a job and do not want to grow
- People who jump from one offer to the next
- People who are looking for a mini / side job instead of going all in on one company.
- People who do not have business-fluent English or feel insecure working in English on a daily basis
- People who want to live the "Freedom Lifestyle" and like to be a Closer because it allows them to travel around, take calls from the beach and their villa in Bali.
