Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • 2–8 inbound discovery calls/day – No slacking.
  • Own every deal from first call to signed contract.
  • Maintain a pristine HubSpot pipeline – Staged and up-to-date.
  • Creative nurturing of stalled deals – Follow up until closed.
  • Hand off closed clients to onboarding, then move to the next slate.
  • Share wins/losses with the team for collective improvement.

Requirements

Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals (not just lead gen).
  • Consistently hit quota – This isn’t your first brush with it.

  • C1 or C2-level English proficiency – Must communicate clarity, confidence, and naturalness with US buyers.

Availability

  • US Eastern/Central time zone (Mon–Fri) – Daylight Saving Time included.

Mindset (What We Pay For)

✔️ Treat every lead like it’s an investment you bought. ✔️ "Not now" ≠ "No" – start nurturing. ✔️ CRM updates are sacred—your income depends on it. ✔️ Actively seek feedback and apply changes immediately. ✔️ Always ask, "What could I improve?"—never wait for others.

Not for You If...

❌ You wait for managers to dictate daily priorities. ❌ You abandon "not now" leads like dead ends. ❌ You blame leads, tools, or processes for poor results. ❌ You ignore CRM hygiene—to we, it’s not admin work.

What’s in It for You?
