Create has partnered with a premium manufacturing company, who are looking for an experienced Garment Technologist with strong experience in wovens and working with Far East factories to join their growing Supply Chain team. If you're passionate about garment fit, quality, and product excellence, and enjoy working collaboratively from concept through to production, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own client base, working across ladieswear and menswear while partnering closely with Product Development, Production, Client Services, and our global supplier network.
Responsibilities
- Measuring and preparing samples for fit sessions and development reviews.
- Managing the garment sealing process from Red Seal through to Pre-Shipment approval.
- Preparing and maintaining technical specifications and tech packs.
- Providing clear technical comments to suppliers and factories.
- Ensuring garments meet approved standards for fit, quality, appearance, packaging, and labelling.
- Coordinating factory and third-party inspections.
- Managing quality control reporting and resolving technical issues.
- Maintaining the Gold Seal library and sample management systems.
- Supporting continuous improvement across garment fit, construction, and quality.

Qualifications
You’ll be an experienced Garment Technologist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional products.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years' experience in Garment Technology or Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and manufacturing.
- Experience managing technical packs and sealing processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working with suppliers, factories, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience within uniforms, workwear, tailoring, or apparel manufacturing is advantageous.
