The Role
Are you part-way through your AAT or ACCA? You’re good at the accounting side, but honestly, what you really enjoy is helping others understand complex concepts—think the colleague who’s your Xero go-to when things get tricky. You’ve run the client onboarding sessions and written the guides nobody else got around to creating. You’ve begun to question whether a career in practice is truly what you want or if accounting is the best use of your strengths.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is your role.
We’re partnering with Xero to power our Accounting-as-a-Service division, and we need an in-house Cloud Accounting Specialist. You’ll shape our internal teams’ confidence and skills on Xero by building structured training, video content, and scalable documentation. - Checklists
- FAQs
- Process documents
- Script and produce training videos to support self-serve learning for the entire team
- Act as the first point of contact internally for all Xero-related questions and issues
- Build a library of scalable resources, reducing repetitive queries and fostering team independence
- Identify recurring gaps or questions and proactively create content to address them
- Deliver 1-2-1 Xero training sessions for premium or VIP clients, as needed
- Monitor team usage patterns of Xero and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Stay current with Xero product updates and incorporate relevant changes into training and documentation
What We’re Looking For
We aren’t looking for a fully qualified accountant, nor for someone who dreams of becoming one. Instead, we’re looking for someone already deep in their qualification (AAT, ACCA, or similar) who has:
