We’re Hiring: Cloud Architect – Remote
Pharmacy-Pro is seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to design, implement, and optimize the cloud infrastructure powering our all-in-one healthcare management platform.
Pharmacy-Pro serves hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies by unifying patient records, appointments, prescriptions, inventory, billing, analytics, and operational workflows into one secure system. Built on a modern Next.js and Node.js foundation, the platform is continuously evolving with AI-powered features to support scalable, data-driven healthcare operations.
Role Overview
The Cloud Architect will be responsible for defining scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architecture for Pharmacy-Pro. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to align application design with infrastructure best practices, improve deployment pipelines, manage cloud environments, support integrations, and ensure strong performance, reliability, and security.

- Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability cloud architecture
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar platforms
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and environment configurations
- Support infrastructure-as-code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Collaborate with software engineering teams on APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
- Monitor performance, security, availability, and infrastructure costs
- Support incident resolution, technical planning, and architecture documentation
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and healthcare-related standards
- Contribute to the infrastructure strategy for AI-powered platform features
Qualifications
- Strong experience in solution architecture and cloud infrastructure design
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, networking, storage, monitoring, and high-availability systems
- Background in software development, APIs, and modern web technologies
- Experience with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment pipelines
- Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance, encryption, and role-based access control
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
