Cloud Architect - Google Cloud Platform

Location: London (3 days a week onsite)
Salary: Up to £90k depending on experience

We're working with a leading GCP-specialist consultancy that helps organisations unlock business value through cloud, data and AI technologies. With deep expertise across cloud engineering, modern data platforms and AI solutions, they partner with clients to solve complex technical challenges and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Due to continued growth, particularly across AI, intelligent automation and cloud modernisation projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Cloud Architect to join their expanding team.

The Opportunity:

You'll play a key role in designing, building and delivering cloud-native solutions across a diverse client portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of technical leadership and client engagement, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure and resilient architectures on Google Cloud.

Working across AI and ML initiatives, data platforms and cloud transformation programmes, the Cloud Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and a key partner to delivery teams.

The role requires someone who is equally comfortable whiteboarding solutions with engineers as they are presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
