Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Based CCTV Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems across various sites, Nationwide. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with knowledge of CCTV, who will be fully trained in all Cloudview products and their installation. The position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently (after training) or as part of a team. Cloudview operates from a virtual office, covering a Nationwide reach. Due to the nature of this role, the candidate should already reside in the UK.
Duties
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements and identify suitable CCTV solutions, utilising Cloudview.
- Knowledge of the required technical information to prepare accurate quotations and project proposals.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of existing Cloudview CCTV infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV installations.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to assemble, install, and repair surveillance systems.
- Knowledge of configuration for IP and Analogue cameras, along with DVR/NVR, the use of POE switches and 4G routers.
- Work closely with our Senior CCTV Technician to ensure Customer success.

Qualifications
- Experience of installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Ability to fault find and troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
- Experience with computer hardware components involved in surveillance systems.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised construction equipment safely.
- Experience working with construction teams or on-site installation projects is advantageous.

Salary
Negotiable - if electrical qualification in-situ, dependant on experience.
