As a Cloud, Data & AI Presales Consultant, you will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand business needs, scope opportunities, and design tailored cloud, data, and AI solutions that deliver measurable value. Leveraging your expertise in ISV solutions, market trends, and customer environments, you will advise clients on the best-fit technologies while supporting solution positioning, opportunity qualification, and business case development.
You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, translating customer requirements into scalable solutions, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and supporting solution pricing and margin alignment with sales and delivery teams. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to bridge business and technical discussions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to assess requirements and effectively scope and size opportunities aligned to client expectations and organizational capabilities
- Design and propose tailored license and services solutions, acting as a trusted advisor while producing clear, accurate proposals with appropriate pricing, terms, and conditions
- Support the sales team end-to-end through the sales cycle, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and contributing to strategies that maximize revenue and client satisfaction
- Partner with sales to define competitive yet profitable margins, leveraging market awareness and pricing strategies to drive sustainable business growth
- Own the development of accurate and competitive quotes for complex and strategic opportunities, coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure feasibility and alignment
- Create and maintain up-to-date solution collateral, including presentations, case studies, and white papers, to support sales execution and enhance client engagement

Job Requirements
- Experience analyzing business challenges and translating requirements into effective technology solutions and strategies
- Strong knowledge of ISV solutions and category trends, with the ability to align solutions to customer needs
- Sales acumen and commercial awareness to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Experience managing sales cycles using CRM systems, sales methodologies, and analytics tools
- Strong awareness of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry developments
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and best practices
