About the Role
We’re seeking Fellow Cloud DevOps Engineers who want to grow their careers and delight customers through a blend of project-focused and foundational activities. We implement a modern, collaborative approach, working with both internal and external teams to deliver high levels of satisfaction for clients and employees alike.
This is achieved through Pods—focused groups of technical professionals—who design, deliver, and maintain cloud-based services for UK clients. The success of each Pod lies in the supportive team culture, fostering shared expertise and growth.
Hybrid Working Model: You’ll work flexibly from a combination of company offices, client sites, and home, though full-time remote work is not permitted.
Pre-Employment Checks
Before joining, you’ll undergo:
- Identity and immigration status verification (nationality check, Disclosure and Barring Service clearance)
- Employment history verification (last 3 continuous years)
- Security clearance checks (further details below)
As part of the recruitment process, you’ll be asked about residency, nationality, and citizenship, as some roles require sole UK citizenship for security reasons.
Your Role
As part of a dynamic Cloud Pod, you’ll develop technical expertise and contribute to collective advancements while handling both project-based and foundational work alongside peer Cloud DevOps Engineers. Key responsibilities include:
- Engineering Cloud Platforms:
- Build and maintain cloud-based architectures with a focus on technical reuse, standardization, and blueprints—embracing a "code-first" mentality over "ClickOps."
- Automate common tasks using scripting and resource management.

Your Skills & Experience
This opportunity aligns with engineers who bring: ✔ 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
✔ Automation-driven scripting (YAML, PowerShell, JSON, Python).
✔ Infrastructure-as-code (IaC) expertise with:
- CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
✔ DevOps tooling proficiency:
- GitHub, Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Artifacts).
- Observability tools like Splunk.
✔ Collaboration in full ITIL support cycles:
- A holistic approach to DevOps and continuous improvement.
Security Clearance Requirement
One of the pre-hire milestones follows the norms of Security Check (SC):
- Must have lived in the UK continuously for the last 5 years.
- Satisfies further criteria.
