Cloud Engineer - End User Computing (EUC)
Location: London – 2–3 Days Per Week On Site Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 FTC (Full-Time Equivalent) Start Date: Immediate – 6th July 2024
AgileSource has partnered with a digital transformation and managed services provider specialising in public and private sector organisations. They operate across digital consulting and transformation.
About the Role
We are seeking a *skilled End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with expertise in:
- Microsoft 365
- Modern workplace platforms
- Endpoint management
- Identity services
The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and user-centric workplace solutions, including both ongoing operational support and project-based implementations.
Candidates with experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, insurance, or compliance-driven sectors) will have a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant administration, governance, and policy enforcement.
- Manage identify platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), on-premises Active Directory, SSO (Single Sign-On), and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

Security & Endpoint Management
- Implement and optimise security controls, including Conditional Access and cloud app protection policies.
- Design and manage device and application strategies using Microsoft Intune, covering compliance, security baselines, and deployments.
- Provide enterprise endpoint management (e.g., SCCM/MECM) for software distribution, updates, and reporting.
- Enhance security through Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) capabilities.
Messaging & Collaboration
- Administer Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange, including hybrid configurations and migrations.
- Oversee Microsoft Teams, including telephony, conferencing, and integration with meeting room solutions.
- Support SharePoint Online and OneDrive, covering configuration and migration efforts.
Migration & Automation
- Lead Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, including cross-tenant projects.
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support & Documentation
- Provide third-line support for complex technical issues across end-user and collaboration environments.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and best-practice standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Microsoft 365 administration and modern workplace experience.
- Strong identity and access management knowledge, including:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Active Directory
- SSO & MFA implementations
- Hands-on Conditional Access and cloud security control experience.
- Deep expertise in:
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot / Endpoint Management
- SCCM/MECM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Understanding of Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) and security best practices.
- Experience with:
- Exchange Online (hybrid & O365)
- Microsoft Teams administration (audio/video, collaboration, voice)
- SharePoint & OneDrive migrations
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
- Strong PowerShell scripting capabilities.
- Problem-solving and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications, such as:
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300)
- Endpoint Administrator (MD-102)
- Azure Security Engineer (SC-200), Azure Security Administrator (SC-400), or Azure Security Tech (SC-100).
