Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Cloud IAM Support Engineer to support the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring that the right users and systems have secure access to the appropriate resources at the right time. This role will focus on identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and governance while providing operational support for privileged access management platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in administering BeyondTrust solutions and supporting secure identity services within a fully onsite environment.
What you will do
- Support identity lifecycle management by creating, modifying, and removing user accounts.
- Support authentication processes, including passwords, multi-factor authentication, and certificate-based authentication.
- Administer authorization controls to ensure appropriate access to systems and resources.
- Support governance and auditing activities by maintaining accurate access records and compliance controls.
- Manage BeyondTrust PRA vendor account onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Administer jump server agents and local account management.
- Support the BeyondTrust core Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and privileged access issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain secure IAM operations.
- Monitor and maintain privileged access services to ensure operational stability and security.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes and privileged access controls.

Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
- Strong experience administering BeyondTrust PRA and PAM solutions.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
- Experience supporting privileged account management and secure access controls.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) is preferred.
- Experience administering Active Directory environments is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Okta administration and support is preferred.
