Cloud Infrastructure Analyst - Azure
Bristol (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst to join a growing technology team responsible for designing, automating, and supporting modern cloud environments. This is a hands-on technical role with opportunities to influence platform strategy, improve operational resilience, and mentor colleagues across the business.
What you'll be doing
- Designing and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Building and maintaining automation pipelines to improve deployment quality and efficiency.
- Acting as a senior technical escalation point for complex platform and infrastructure issues.
- Driving improvements in reliability, monitoring, performance, and operational maturity.
- Working closely with security, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Supporting governance, compliance, and best-practice standards across cloud environments.
- Contributing to technical roadmaps and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Producing clear documentation and sharing knowledge across teams.

What we're looking for
- Strong experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of infrastructure automation and modern deployment practices.
- Experience with cloud networking, security controls, and identity management.
- Strong scripting or automation skills.
- Background in platform engineering, infrastructure operations, or cloud services.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive them through to resolution.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring team members and providing technical leadership.
