Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the Sporting industry for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in London on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week in office, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Hybrid Infrastructure Management
- Network & Connectivity support and optimisation
- Server & Systems Administration, including virtual infrastructure
- User Support & Experience Optimisation, ensuring smooth IT usage
- Configuration and management of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
- Design and implementation of Backup Solutions
- Support for International & Hub Offices, covering global connectivity
- Monitoring, Reporting & Optimisation of cloud-based workflows
- Guiding Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity strategies
- IT Asset & Configuration Management across multiple environments

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must demonstrate experience and proficiency in:
- Azure ecosystem, including:
- Entra ID identity management
- Virtual Servers and provisioning
- Backup solutions (structured and automated)
- Enterprise Applications deployment and configuration
- Logic Apps for automation workflows
- Cloud-native Automation (scripts, flows, and orchestration)

Networking expertise:
- Experience with Windows server platforms
- Configuration of Azure networking environments
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki (management and monitoring)
- Cisco ISE (system for enterprise access control)

Hands-on experience implementing and managing cloud and hybrid solutions

Strong remote troubleshooting skills, including incident resolution
