What You'll Be Doing
- Build, run, and own first-class solutions in an agile product team
- Influence the design, security, and cost management of CTM’s infrastructure
- Work across CTM product teams, providing technical direction on the deployment of their products and services
- Drive efficiencies and value from the CTM infrastructure, exploiting existing and emerging technology to deliver value for our customers
- Share your success within CTM, regularly contributing to a wider audience than your immediate peers
- Take opportunities to mentor other members of the team
What We’re Looking For
- Strategic thinker with deep and broad knowledge of cloud services, DevOps culture, and Agile methodologies, applied to the design and administration of cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of AWS Controllers for Kubernetes (ACK), GitLab, or Terraform
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up development, automate repetitive tasks, or support day-to-day engineering work
- Deep knowledge and understanding of AWS Cloud
- Confident writing and understanding a number of scripting and programming languages
- Self-motivated natural leader and motivator
- Customer-focused
