This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cloud Products for Non-Profits Support Specialist based in United Kingdom.

As a Cloud Products for Non-Profits Support Specialist, you will help charitable and civil society organizations access and manage cloud technology solutions that support their missions. Working in a fully remote, international environment, you will combine customer support, cloud operations, sales coordination, and process improvement to deliver an outstanding service experience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with technical, operational, and finance teams while managing cloud licensing, customer inquiries, and service provisioning. It is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, thrives in customer-facing roles, and is passionate about supporting organizations that create positive social impact.

Accountabilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer requests related to cloud products, licensing, sales support, and service inquiries.
  • Process, review, and maintain cloud product orders while ensuring accurate provisioning and account management.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external service providers to support seamless operations.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance, helping customers select appropriate cloud solutions and resolve product-related questions.
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft cloud services and utilize internal platforms to manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Support billing, financial reconciliation, and operational reporting related to cloud service activities.
  • Drive continuous process improvements, contribute to operational excellence initiatives, and assist with special projects as required.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume customer service, operations, or support environment handling phone and email communications.
  • Experience supporting online services, cloud products, fulfillment processes, or customer operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud offerings, including Microsoft 365, with proficiency in cloud-based productivity tools.
  • Sales or customer success experience is considered an advantage.
  • Microsoft cloud certifications such as Microsoft 365 or Azure are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Interest in technology and supporting non-profit organizations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian or additional European languages is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work later hours when needed to support customers in North American time zones.
