About The Role

Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for cloud technologies and building high-performing sales organizations? We are looking for a Cloud Sales Lead to define and execute our cloud growth strategy, lead and develop a talented sales team, and personally drive strategic customer engagements.

This is a high-impact role combining people management, sales leadership, business development, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for building a scalable cloud sales engine, establishing commercial processes, shaping go-to-market strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. • Act as a player-coach by personally leading strategic customer engagements, executive-level negotiations, and complex cloud transformation opportunities.
  • Design and optimize scalable sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency, predictability, and business performance.
  • Build strategic relationships and partnerships with customers, industry stakeholders, and route-to-market partners to accelerate growth and strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborate across technical, delivery, marketing, and customer success teams, while staying ahead of market trends and competitive developments to continuously refine the cloud growth strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
