About Rally Yard
Rally Yard isn't just a padel venue - it's a place to play, grab great coffee, and feel part of something. We're building design-led racket clubs where the welcome matters as much as the game, and where players and non-players alike want to stick around. As a Club Host, you're at the heart of that - you're the person who makes Rally Yard feel like Rally Yard.
Our RALLY values - what we hire for
- Raise the Standard - we sweat the details, so every visit feels great
- Always Evolving - we're always finding ways to do things better
- Lead with People - we put people first and make everyone feel welcome
- Link Communities - we bring players and the local area together
- Yours to Play - we make the club somewhere people genuinely want to come back to
About the role
We're looking for warm, reliable Club Hosts to be the friendly face of the club. You'll be the first person our guests see - setting the tone for a welcoming, well-run space where people enjoy their time, whether they're here for a quick coffee, a game, or one of our social tournaments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
