Padel Zest is a new padel club opening in Wimbledon, and we are looking for friendly, reliable and organised Club Hosts to join us as we launch.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new sports and social venue from the very beginning. As a Club Host, you will be the first point of contact for our members, guests and visitors, helping to create a welcoming, professional and energetic environment both on and off court.
The Role
As part of our club team, you will help manage the day-to-day reception and customer experience at Padel Zest. You will welcome players, manage bookings, support members, assist with events and help make sure the club runs smoothly throughout the day.
We have full-time, part-time and casual positions available, so this role could suit someone looking for regular hours or someone looking for flexible shifts around other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming members, guests and visitors to the club
- Managing court bookings, check-ins and general enquiries
- Answering phone calls, emails and in-person questions
- Supporting new members with information about the club, memberships and sessions
- Helping coordinate coaching sessions, events, socials and tournaments
- Processing payments and assisting with retail or equipment hire where required
- Keeping the reception, lounge and front-of-house areas clean, organised and presentable
- Liaising with coaches, management and other team members throughout the day
- Helping create a positive, friendly and community-focused atmosphere

About You
We are looking for people who are confident, approachable and enjoy working with others. Previous experience in reception, hospitality, leisure, retail or customer service would be helpful, but attitude is the most important thing.
You should be:
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Confident speaking with customers and members
- Organised and able to multitask during busy periods
- Comfortable using booking systems, emails and basic computer software
- Positive, proactive and willing to help wherever needed
- Interested in sport, fitness or community events
- Available for some evenings and weekends
An interest in padel is desirable, but previous padel experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.

Contract Types
We are recruiting for a range of roles, including:
- Full-time positions — regular hours across the week.
- Part-time positions — set or regular shifts depending on availability and business needs.
- Casual positions — flexible shifts offered depending on club requirements, events and customer demand. Casual roles do not guarantee a minimum number of hours.
