Your Purpose Will Be
The Club Lounge Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day operation of the Treehouse in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager. The role ensures consistently high standards of service delivery, food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, while supporting operational profitability and promoting sustainable hospitality practices.
Job Description
Act as the visible leader during service in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager. Oversee the shift and allocate duties to team members when leadership is not present. Represent the Food & Beverage outlet in operational meetings when required. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed and all documentation is accurately recorded. Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the outlet to Fairmont standards. Monitor and replenish stock levels, placing orders as needed to support smooth service. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to maintain an efficient service flow. Maintain a strong guest‑focused approach and ensure the team delivers warm, attentive service throughout the shift. Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring consistency and quality. Handle guest issues or complaints appropriately and update the Manager on actions taken. Identify opportunities to upsell menu items and support daily revenue generation. Stay aware of daily business levels and upcoming events impacting the outlet. Take responsibility for all payments and financial transactions during the shift. Lead pre‑shift briefings in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a Supervisory role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment. Qualification in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage Experienced in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
