Club Lounge Team Member – Full-time

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are seeking a Team Member to join the Club Lounge team with an immediate start.

About InterContinental London Park Lane

Located at one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses—once home to the late Queen Elizabeth II—our hotel redefines traditional luxury. About the Role

In our Club Lounge, guests are treated to world-class service, Mouse thrills like afternoon tea or an evening tipple, set against the breathtaking views of Royal Parks and landmarks. Our team excels in attending to delightful details—could you do the same?

Our ideal candidate:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service, with a keen eye for guest satisfaction
  • An experienced professional in roles including bartender, waiter, barista, or host
  • Adept at handling guest queries and concerns with finesse
  • Willing to learn and thrive within a collaborative hotel team environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to all Club Lounge guests
  • Prepare and serve exceptional food and drink, enhancing the guest experience
  • Collaborate effectively with all-state of colleagues across InterContinental London Park Lane
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence

Requirements

  • Must meet the legal requirements to work in the UK
  • Open to working across shifts, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods (7 days, 365 days a year)

Personal Qualities

  • Strong guest-service ethos with instinctive, personalised attention
  • Diplomatic, articulate, approachable, and friendly with strong communication skills
  • Willing to develop professionally and embrace the unique challenges of a luxury VIP lounge
