Now expanded thanks to an internal promotion, we’re seeking a passionate, resilient, and service-driven individual to join our Club Lounge team immediately.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Member in our Club Lounge, your role will include:
- Delivering world-class hospitality to guests, ensuring exceptional food and drink service in one of London’s most distinguished settings.
- Operating across our Beverages Lounge, Tea Lounge, and Bar – spraying exposures (AOP), cleaning, tidying own workspace and urns, as well as pre-actioning/pre-closing lounge preps.

A Winning Pair

- Have Food and Beverage experience (ideally) as either a bartender, waiter, barista, or host.

- Are hungry to learn, grow, and shine in a versatile team.
Training
Our clubhouse moves fast-paced, and you’ll spend time gaining knowledge of the professional IHG training programmes in this world-lasting function.
Working Environment
Working in a living social space 7 days a week – be prepared to cover a broad range of shifts and days.
Requirements
Essential
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Proven customer-service background – having previously worked in food & beverage is essential.
- High-level communication skills with versatility.
- Willingness to train on the job and learn new aspects of a complex business.
- Strong team player with positive energy and positivity.
- Ability to work interdisciplinary – clubhouse operating across events, benefits, and merchandising teams.
