About The Role
The purpose of the Club Managers (CMs) role will be to drive increased levels of performance and effectiveness in our sports clubs.
This role blends administrative duties with Gymnastics coaching during term time, Saturday mornings, and being a camp director during the school holidays.
Please note, you MUST hold a Gymnastics coaching Level 2 qualification to be considered for this position
Core Duties as a Club Manager will include but are not limited to:
- Update our booking system (via Pembee), preparing them in advance for upcoming club courses and camps.
- Scheduling coaches to appropriate clubs and classes we provide.
- Being the first point of call for coaches and ensuring that all staff understand their duty of care.
- Liaising with families and clients (schools), dealing with queries and communicating any feedback to coaches.
- Supervise staff performance, providing training and support as needed.
- Monitor the performance of the clubs and classes to report in our meetings.
- Promote clubs and classes to potential clients.
- Encourage families to continue classes and courses.
- Chasing up outstanding payments.
- Provide 5-10 hours per week coaching gymnastics after/ before school clubs (term time only) and provide gymnastic coaching at our evening and Saturday morning classes.
- Scheduling all camps in your area (school holidays only).
- Collaboratively work with the chairman and operations manager to promote a strong understanding of how each department can support each other.
- Operate as Camp Director at one of our Camp England holiday camps, ensuring the smooth running of the camps. (school holidays only).

Requirements
Club Manager (Gymnastics) Skills & Competencies
- Needs to be an organised person with good time management skills.
- Thrives in a position of leadership and enjoys working within a team setting.
- Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with students, coaches, and school leaders, whilst having the empathy to address the concerns of parents.
- Needs to be able to build and maintain relationships with their coaching team and clients to increase loyalty and consistency.
- Has a keen eye for detail.
- Works well under pressure and can solve problems calmly and efficiently.
- Administrative skills to manage schedules, reports, and other documentation efficiently.
- Enjoy working with children and know how to manage behaviour
