Location: Stark’s Park, Kirkaldy
Reports to: Club Lead & Commercial Director
Salary: From £25,500 per annum, dependant on Experience.
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, including home matchdays
Purpose of the Role
The Club Operations Coordinator supports the General Manager and Commercial Director on the day-to-day operation of the football club, ensuring operational plans are delivered efficiently across all departments. This varied role is responsible for coordinating matchday operations, volunteers, hospitality support, stock management and administrative processes, helping to deliver outstanding experience for supporters, partners and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Club Operations
- Support the Club Lead in delivering the club's operational priorities and projects.
- Coordinate actions arising from operational meetings and monitor progress against agreed deadlines.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of club operations.
- Provide administrative support across operational projects and events.

Matchday Operations
- Coordinate volunteers and support staff across matchday operations.
- Assist with the delivery of all home fixtures, ensuring operational areas are prepared and matchday plans are implemented.
- Support hospitality, kiosks and supporter services throughout the matchday.
- Liaise with the Hospitality and Kiosk Leads to ensure all kiosks and hospitality areas are fully stocked, operational and ready for matchday, with appropriate staffing arrangements in place.
Stock Management
- Assist with stock takes across kiosks, hospitality and club operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate re-orders to maintain agreed stock levels.
- Liaise with the Hospitality Lead regarding kiosk openings, staffing and operational readiness.
- Support inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.
Matchday Stock Reconciliation
- Collect end-of-match stock reports from kiosks and hospitality outlets.
- Complete the Matchday Stock Reconciliation Sheet following each home fixture.
- Update the club's Master Stock Sheet, recording stock sold, wastage and closing balances.
- Investigate stock variances and report findings to the General Manager and Accounts & Office Manager.

Commercial & Hospitality Support
- Support sponsorship fulfilment and commercial activations.
- Assist with hospitality operations and club events.
- Coordinate corporate bookings and supporter experiences.
- Provide operational support across all commercial activities.
Administration
- Coordinate volunteer Rota’s and communications.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Support Health & Safety administration and general office duties.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in operations, administration, hospitality or event management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and matchdays.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional supporter experience.
