At Get Golfing CIO, we are committed to supporting local communities and promoting the benefits of quality sports facilities, and the Clubhouse Supervisor role is central to achieving this mission through exceptional service and team leadership.

  • Food & Beverage Excellence: Oversee the preparation and service of food and drinks, ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and compliance with all licensing and safety regulations.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver seamless service for club events, weddings, corporate functions, tournaments, and private hire, working closely with the events and kitchen teams.
  • Guest Experience: Maintain an outstanding level of customer service, proactively resolving any issues and creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors.

  • Financial & Administrative Duties: Process transactions accurately via the POS system, handle cash and card payments, and assist with basic reporting and reconciliations.
  • Cleanliness & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety across all front-of-house areas, ensuring full compliance with food safety and licensing laws.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service, menu offerings, and operational processes, feeding insights back to the Clubhouse Manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
