The Kingsley by Thistle is a classic Edwardian hotel, near Covent Garden, Holborn and Oxford Street. The Kingsley has been awarded 4-star status and has 129 bedrooms and seven meeting rooms. Bloomsbury Park is a 95 bedroom hotel located in a great position on Southampton Row, between Covent Garden, Russell Square and Holborn, it's a bit of a hidden gem. The team is relatively small and close-knit in keeping with the property's combination of modern comforts and historic charm.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the Cluster F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee the Food & Beverage operations across both properties, located just a five-minute walk from each other. At Thistle Holborn – The Kingsley, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, Meetings & Events (M&E), breakfast service, in-room dining, and the grab-and-go mini market.
At Thistle Bloomsbury Park, you will oversee the breakfast operation and grab-and-go mini market, ensuring consistently high standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across both hotels.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you'll be visible on the floor, leading by example and supporting your teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll work closely with the hotel, sales, events and front of house teams to ensure seamless communication and consistently high standards across all F&B outlets.
A key part of the role is leading, coaching and developing your team, creating an engaging and inclusive working environment where people can perform at their best. You'll also be responsible for recruitment, departmental performance, forecasting sales and revenue, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities to enhance both the guest experience and commercial performance.

- The ability to remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment, balancing operational priorities while leading with professionalism and enthusiasm.
