The Hilton London Canary Wharf is a dynamic, full-service hotel with 282 guestrooms, nestled in London’s financial district. About the Role
You’ll be the GC&E Administrator, providing critical admin support to ensure smooth operations for Hilton London Canary Wharf and Hilton London Tower Bridge. This role combines data accuracy, organisational skill, and hospitality empathy—playing an essential part in maintaining outstanding guest experiences.
Daily Responsibilities

Maintain Database Accuracy
- Accurately load and update Delta FDC (Delphi) system entries for enquiries and bookings.
- Conduct weekly audits to ensure all records are current, complete, and error-free.

Collaborate with the GC&E Team
- Liaise closely with the team to monitor, improve, and ensure data integrity in Delphi.
- Generate and distribute Delphi reports as requested by the GC&E Director or Cluster Commercial Director.

Operational Excellence
- Update and maintain office tracking boards with accurate operational and sales data.
- Oversee stationery stock monitoring, ordering, and inventory levels.

Merchandise & Gift Support
- Coordinate client giveaway items, including ordering, internal liaison, and inventory tracking.

Sales & Knowledge Support
- Build a deep understanding of the hotel’s products, services, facilities, and local area.
- Provide occasional operational support to the GC&E Sales team, covering admin and enquiries during absences.

Ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
