About the Role
Position: Cluster Manager Location: Central London Region Job Type: Full-Time, permanent Salary: Competitive annual salary (dependent on experience) + £4,500 car allowance

Cluster Managers play a vital role in developing our funeral brands and high-performing teams across multiple sites. You’ll help us achieve our vision to be the most trusted, respected, and valued end-of-life service provider in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Multi-site leadership: Experience managing multiple brands and teams to success across diverse locations.
- Inclusive team culture: capability to continuously embed a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment where collaboration thrives.
- Customer-centric excellence: Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service in a high-stakes setting.
- Strategic growth: Ability to create, implement, and drive performance growth in your community.
- Agile leadership: As an agile, motivated leader, you’ll coach, develop, and engage individuals to achieve outstanding results.
- Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of scalable business practices and cost management in a regulated environment.
- Compliance and travel: Must hold a full UK manual driving licence (travel is included in the role).
