Cluster Marketing Manager

Social Media & Marketing Specialist – Hotel Position

Key Responsibilities

  • In charge of setting up the social media strategy and content calendar for the hotel
  • Develops and executes promotion campaigns or posts related to:
    • Food & Beverage (F&B)
    • Weddings
    • Rooms
    • Conferences
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on the impact of all implemented social media activities
  • Collaborates with photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-quality promotional content
  • Ensures the hotel’s website and related platforms are updated regularly
  • Maintains that online content reflects the hotel’s positioning while showcasing its unique selling points (USPs)
  • Partners with the Commercial Director to align marketing plans with hotel sales and revenue strategies
  • Assists in the planning and execution of hotel events and promotional activities
  • Leads market research to:
    • Understand competitor strategies
    • Track industry trends and competitor positioning
    • Identify emerging market trends and target audiences
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future marketing efforts
