About the Role

Pebbles Care has an exciting opportunity for you to collaborate with an established team and become an integral part of our children’s lives.

Your workload will be varied each day, working in a small cluster of homes under multiple shift patterns to cover holidays or training. These cluster roles enable you to enhance your development through diverse experiences and different teams.

    • A full UK manual driving licence is essential
  • Teaching valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores
  • Creating lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays

Key Aspects of Your Role You will be employed full-time as a dedicated cluster residential child care worker, averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleep hours. Your responsibilities involve:

  • About the Pebbles Way and our therapeutic care model
  • Supported by your manager and our in-house Learning and Development team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
