At Bespoke Hotels, we believe every hotel has its own story. As the UK's largest independent hotel group, we're passionate about supporting unique properties while driving commercial success through collaboration, innovation and expertise.

We're looking for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager or two, to join our established Team, managing a portfolio of up to five hotels. Whether you're looking for a full-time or part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from commercially minded professionals who enjoy making a real impact.

The Role

Reporting into the Revenue leadership team, you'll work closely with General Managers and hotel teams to develop and implement revenue strategies that maximise profitability across all areas of the hotels in your portfolio.

You'll analyse market trends, competitor activity and business performance to identify opportunities, optimise pricing and distribution, and ensure each hotel achieves its commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
